With absorbency and waterproof protection (gusset and back), these knickers can be used as a back up on heavy days, as the solution on lighter days or be worn every day regardless of menstruation.

How To Use
Oriana underwear are designed to be worn without any other menstrual products.
They will absorb approximately 10 ml fluid (2 regular tampons) over an 8 hour period. If you experience more loss than this you can couple Oriana with an Accalia cup, Accalia reusable pad or a tampon.
Alternatively, you can change your Oriana underwear more frequently.

The magic of Aliya is a hidden “bridge” inside the gusset, the bridge is designed to discreetly secure pad wings in while the underwear offers back up for those little “oops” moments.
No matter what age you are, if you wear disposable or reusable pads, Aliya knickers are a must!
How to Use
Aliya underwear is designed to be worn with a menstrual pad with a gusset clip or wings.
Secure the clip or wings around the “bridge” section of the gusset and off you go.
Aliya will keep clips and wings discreet and will capture any little leaks.

How to Use
Your Accalia Cup is designed to be worn internally and capture blood, not absorb it.
It can be worn for up to 8 hours at a time, however, your Accalia cup may need to be emptied more frequently depending on your menstrual flow.
Accalia Cup’s are made of medical-grade silicone. It is important to maintain good hygiene and sterilize your Accalia Cup after each cycle.
Inserting your Accalia Cup
- Ensure your Accalia Cup is sterilized and thoroughly wash your hands.
- Fold your Accalia Cup by flattening it then folding it in half.
- Relax and insert the Accalia Cup into your Vagina. Your cervix should be above the menstrual cup opening.
- Twist the cup slightly to ensure it pops open.
- Run your finger around the edge and give the base a slight tug to ensure it is sealed in place.
Removing your Accalia Cup
- Thoroughly wash your hands.
- Pull the stem gently until you can reach the base of the cup.
- Pinch down on the base of your Accalia Cup to release the seal and pull down to remove the cup.
- Once removed, empty the contents into the toilet or sink and rinse the cup in cold water.
